Ruger has generously donated a Mark IV 22/45 Lite pistol to the Marty Brown Memorial™ series of events. Company founder Bill Ruger modeled the Mark series of pistols on the Japanese Nambu and, in true American entrepreneur fashion, built the prototype in his garage. With financial backing from friend Alex Sturm, the Ruger Standard was introduced in 1949. Since its introduction, the Mark series of pistols have gone through several redesigns and have remained one of the most popular .22LR pistols on the American market.
Join us at the upcoming Marty Brown Memorial™ Open Round #2 on September 16th, 2023 just outside Zionsville, IN. We will be giving away a certificate for one Ruger Mark IV 22/45 pistol at the event.
